Edit July 11th 11:45am: The Wandering River Truck Fill is now fixed and running as normal. We thank everyone for their patience during this process.
Overnight the County’s Wandering River Water Truck fill station was shut down due to low reservoir levels. There were numerous water users accessing the truck fill station in the past few days which used significant amounts of water. The water fill station reservoir is fed via pipeline from the Aspen Regional Water Services Commission location in the Town of Athabasca and the refill capacity is limited by the pipeline. The Commission and County are working to rectify the situation to get the truck fill station operating as soon as possible.
