Roads are a priority for Athabasca County and each year the municipality directs resources towards the upkeep of existing roads, improving others and clearing snow from them in the winter. Our focus is safety and because we have over 2,400 kilometres of roads to maintain we have to prioritize all needed work with projects from all over the County big and small.
These reports show our grader operator’s routes when performing gravel road maintenance throughout the county. Please note that the maps may not always reflect the actual activity in specific areas due to equipment substitution when a grader is in the shop for service.
