Request for Quotation: Aggregate Supply – Tower Pit (SW 36-66-23 W4m)
This request for quotation is an invitation by Athabasca County to proponents to submit quotations for the 2024 supply and haul aggregate materials to our Tower Pit located at SW 36-66-23 W4M. Athabasca County wishes to purchase up to 60,000 tonnes of “4-20” and 5,000 tonnes of “4-40” gravel surfacing aggregate that matches the Alberta Transportation Specification.
The supply quantity volumes are anticipated maximums. The successful proponent shall have no claims against the County should lower quantities be required. Payment shall be made for the actual quantities supplied in accordance with Section 4.
All quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 1:00pm MST, Friday, February 9th 2024 addressed as follows:
