REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) WITH RESPECT TO THE:
ONSITE CONTRACT CAMPGROUND MANAGEMENT FOR 2024 SEASON FOR FORFAR
Athabasca County is seeking Proposals from interested Proponents for the Onsite Contract Management for Forfar Park Campground for the 2024 season.
The Contract will be inclusive of April 15, 2024, through October 10, 2024. Please note: April will be prorated to half a month and October will be prorated to one third of a month.
The Contract Management will be provided with a serviced park model trailer onsite that will serve as a living quarters and campground office at Forfar.
Proponents shall submit their Proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Request for Proposal for “Onsite Campground Manager for 2024 Season” (the “Proposals”) before 9:00 a.m. (Mountain Standard Time) on March 18, 2024 (the “RFP Closing Time”) to:

The County will accept Electronically submitted Proposals emailed to opsmanager@athabascacounty.com, provided they are consolidated into one (1) document.
No Proposal(s) submitted after 9:00 a.m. March 18th will be accepted.
