Athabasca County Protective Services responds to select provincial statutes and bylaw complaints throughout the County. Please review the information below before submitting.

Only use this form if your complaint relates to the items below or similar:

• Traffic safety concerns – speeding, unsafe driving, suspicious & abandoned vehicles, transportation of dangerous goods, unsecure loads, commercial vehicle related complaints.
• Animal control – dogs at large, dog bites, excessive barking, dog attacks (Please do not attempt to or pick up dogs found at large).
• Unsightly or neglected properties – garbage & debris accumulation, overgrown yards.
• Noise complaints – excessive noise, noise during restricted hours
• Unauthorized burning – no permit or burning during a fire ban
• Illegal dumping or obstruction – debris or hazards on roads, unauthorized obstruction of road allowances, improper disposal of waste on public/private property.
• Off Highway Vehicle concerns – stunting, unsafe operation, operation during a restriction
• Trespassing – public and private lands such as campgrounds, county parks, businesses and county property.
