THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 006-2023 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Unit 6, Plan 1524780, within NE-21-67-18-W4M from Hamlet Commercial District (C1) to Highway Business (C3) District.
Bylaw 009-2023 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing the NE-7-71-17-W4M from Heavy Industrial (M2) District to Agriculture (A) District.
