In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled Public Hearings for June 11, 2024.
THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 008-2024 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows (starting at 9:30 a.m.):
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing portions of the SW 35-71-17 W4M from Heavy Industrial (M2) District to Agriculture (A) District.
Bylaw 009-2024 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows (starting at 9:40 a.m.):
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing portions of the WSE 35-71-17 W4M from Heavy Industrial (M2) District to Agriculture (A) District.
