In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled concurrent Public Hearings for August 11, 2020, starting at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW THE PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 019-2020 – Proposed Bylaw No. 019-2020 amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Plan 0023473; Lot 3, within the SW 29-71-16 W4, as indicated on Schedule “A”, from Agriculture (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
Bylaw 020-2020 – Proposed Bylaw No. 020-2020 amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Plan 0929242; Block 1; Lot 2, within the SE 25-71-17 W4, as indicated on Schedule “A”, from Agriculture (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
Bylaw 021-2020 – Proposed Bylaw No. 021-2020 amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of SW 31-66-22 W4 as indicated on Schedule “A”, from Agriculture (A) District and Light Industrial (M1) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
