Concurrent Public Hearings have been scheduled for August 13, 2019 starting at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the County Office. They are being held to allow the public input of draft amendments to the Municipal Development Plan 5-2002 and the Land Use Bylaw 6-2002.
Bylaws 014-2019 & 015-2019
Bylaw 014-2019 proposes to amend the Municipal Development Plan Bylaw No. 2-2002 as follows:
The Municipal Development Plan and Map are hereby amended by Plan 7250AP; Block B as indicated on Schedule ‘A’ attached hereto, from Country Residential Area to Commercial Development Area. Shown on Map 1 as Commercial/Industrial Area.
Bylaw 015-2019 proposes to amend the Land Use Bylaw No. 6-2002 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by the of Plan 7250AP; Block B, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Country Residential (CR) District to Highway Business (HB) District.
Bylaws 017-2019 & 018-2019
Bylaw 017-2019 proposes to amend the Municipal Development Plan Bylaw No. 5-2002 as follows:
The Municipal Development Plan and Map are hereby amended by changing the NSW 4-72-16-W4-M as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from 1.0 Agriculture shown on Map 1 as Rural Use Area to 7.0 Recreation and Open Space shown on Map 1 as Special Recreation Area.
Bylaw 018-2019 proposes to amend the Land Use Bylaw No. 6-2002 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing the NSW 4-72-16-W4-M, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Rural Use (RU) District to Recreational Commercial (RC) District.
Copies of draft bylaws 014-2019, 015-2019, 017-2019 and 018-2019 may be obtained by interested parties at the County Office during normal working hours.
Anyone wishing to address Council on these matters should provide written notification by 12 noon, Aug. 12, 2019, or attend the public hearing to make a presentation.
