In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled concurrent Public Hearings for May 26, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 007-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 0022692 within SW 1-72-17 W4, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto from Heavy Industrial (M2) District to Agriculture (A) District.
Bylaw 008-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 1522266 within SW 1-72-17 W4, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto from Heavy Industrial (M2) District to Agriculture (A) District.
