Public Hearings – Bylaw 003-2022 & 005-2022

In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled concurrent Public Hearings for March 31, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.

 

THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:

 

Bylaw 003-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:

The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing the portion of NE 36-71-17 W4, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Hamlet Residential (HR) District to Light Industrial (M1) District.

 

Bylaw 005-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:

The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing the portion of SE 15-72-17 W4, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Agriculture (A) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
