In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for May 28, 2020, at 9:30 a.m.
The Public Hearing is being held to allow the public input on Bylaw 007-2020. Proposed Bylaw No. 007-2020 amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of SE 9-68-19 W4 as indicated on the map from Agriculture (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
