Public Hearing
Bylaw 004-2025
In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for April 8, 2025 starting at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 004-2025 – The proposed road closure bylaw as follows:
All that portion of the statutory road allowance adjoining the north boundary of the NW 34-64-20-W4M and the south boundary of SW 3-65-20-W4M which lies east of the curvilinear production across said road allowance of the easterly limit of the Road Plan 8021074 and west of the curvilinear production across said rod allowance of the easterly limit of Rod Plan 4327LZ
