In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for June 25, 2020, at 9:30 a.m.
The Public Hearing is being held to allow the public input on Bylaw 015-2020 which proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Plan 9522217; Lot 1 as indicated on Schedule “A”, from Agriculture (A) District to:
• Manufactured Home Park Community (MHPC) District
Area 1 being 2.73 ha (6.75 acres)
• Recreational Commercial (C4) District
Area 2 being 0.73 ha (1.81 acres)
• Country Residential Cluster (CR4) District
Area 3 being 18.77 ha (46.37 acres)
