In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for January 11, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 027-2020 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Lot 2; Block 1; Plan 0227096 within NE 9-71-17 W4 from Agriculture (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
