In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for August 26, 2021, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 025-2021 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of the SW 11-67-22 W4 as indicated on Schedule “A”, from Recreational Commercial (C4) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
Anyone wishing to address Council on this matter may provide a written statement by 12 noon, August 25, 2021, or attend the public hearing to make a presentation.
