In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for June 14, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 010-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 1225050 within NE 27 69 17 W4 from Agriculture (A) District to Highway Business (C3) District.
