Athabasca County is considering granting a Road Allowance License Agreement to provide permission to temporarily occupy and use a road allowance/farmland access road between SE 35, NE 26-66-24 W4M & SW 36, NW 25-66-24 W4M.
The general location of the road is marked by an “X” on the map below.
A Public Hearing has been scheduled for March 26, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Athabasca County Administration Office to allow the public an opportunity to express any concerns regarding Bylaw 010-2020.
