The nominee must have been full-time farming within the Athabasca
The nominee must not be a member of the present Athabasca County Rural Women’s Conference Organizing

The nominee must not be a previous Farm Woman of the Year Award
The winner and the winner’s nominator will each receive (1) one complimentary ticket to the annual Rural Women’s

MODERN FARM WOMAN

A TRIBUTE TO THE CURRENT FARM WOMAN

NOMINEE:

The nominee must be a resident of the Athabasca County and presently living and working on the farm.

The nominee must not be a member of the present Athabasca County Rural Women’s Conference Organizing Committee.

The nominee must not be a previous Farm Woman of the Year Award
The winner plus the winner’s nominator will each receive (1) complimentary ticket to the annual Rural Women’s Conference.

The selection committee consists of the Athabasca County Rural Women’s Conference Planning

NOMINATION FORMS:

To facilitate the work of the selection committee, it is essential that the outline of the enclosed nomination form be used.
Each area of the nomination form must be completed in concise point form (storyline format will NOT be accepted).

Please type or print when completing the Additional paper may be used. Please keep responses under 300 words.

Nominations not selected will be considered for three conferences from the time of receipt, with the permission of the nominator each year.
