In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for March 26, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the County Administration Office (3602 – 48th Avenue, Athabasca).
The Public Hearing is being held to allow the public input on the following Bylaw:
Bylaw 007-2020
Proposed Bylaw No. 007-2020 amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of SE 9-68-19 W4 as indicated from Agriculture (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
Copies of draft bylaw 007-2020 may be obtained at the County Office during normal working hours.
Anyone wishing to address Council on these matters may provide a written statement by 12 noon, March 25, 2020, or attend the public hearing to make a presentation.
