Nominations are now open for the 2025 Celebrating Rural Women’s Conference for the Pioneer Farm Women and Modern Farm Women Awards.
Do you know a woman who has worked unselfishly to make exceptional contributions to build a successful family farm? The Pioneer Farm Woman has participated and adapted to changes in farm practices over the years. The Modern Farm Woman is actively making a difference in their farm operation. These women are role models in the agriculture industry and have made a difference in Athabasca County. Tickets to attend the event will go on sale soon. A notice will go out once tickets are available. The conference will be held on February 6th 2024 at the Athabasca Multiplex.
