TOWN OF ATHABASCA – BYLAW NO. 009-2021
In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 and Section 692(3) of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, a Joint Public Hearing has been scheduled for
Tuesday, October 5, 2021, commencing at 6:00 p.m.
to allow for public input on proposed bylaws for the purpose of adopting the Town of Athabasca/Athabasca County Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP). The IDP has been prepared in accordance with Section 631 of the Municipal Government Act.
A copy of Bylaw 031-2021 and the draft Intermunicipal Development Plan are available at https://athabascacounty.com/idp-town-and-county/or may be picked up at the County office during regular business hours.
Anyone wishing to address Council on these matters should provide written notification by noon, October 4, 2021 to:
