In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for September 28, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 015-2022 – The proposed bylaw is for the purpose of adopting the following Outline Plan:
The Seibt Outline Plan for NE 12-62-24 W4M.
Bylaw 016-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of the NE 12-62-24 W4M from Agriculture (A) District to Country Residential (CR1) District.
