Athabasca County is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent Senior Information Services Technician.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Senior Information Services Technician is primarily responsible for the planning, development, implementation, operation and administration of information technology programs and services organization-wide.
This role supports County operations through the delivery of information technology to meet the needs of County staff, council and residents. A solid understanding of network security as well as risk, emergency management techniques and procedures relative to IT is required.
Compensation is commensurate to experience, post-secondary education (degree/diploma), and determined according to the current salary grid ($77,998 to $91,246). Athabasca County offers an attractive benefit package and contributes to the Local Authorities Pension Plan.
