Due to substantial rainfall over the past couple of days, a washout has occurred on Highway 55, between Range Road 204 and Range Road 210, forcing that portion to be closed.
This is a provincial highway under the jurisdiction of Alberta Transportation. Traffic is being detoured onto Hwy. 827 and Hwy. 63.
Expect travel delays and follow the directions of all Emcon crew members and signage.
