Athabasca County is currently accepting applications for a permanent, full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Infrastructure Services team. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure, the Administrative Assistant position is accountable for an array of administrative and technical duties including drafting, reviewing, and editing time-sensitive correspondence, data entry, and file management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Respond to inquiries for information on matters related to Infrastructure Services from the public, other departments, and other external agencies as required.
• Provide administrative support by composing and processing correspondence, reports, tables, charts, and memos.
• Maintain and administer department specific records, plans, and files pertaining to the Infrastructure Services department (Utility Crossing Agreements, snow removal and dust control programs, etc.)
