Anyone claiming to be affected by the approval may submit an appeal within 21 days from the date of decision. The appeal must be in writing, with a fee of $200 & be directed to Subdivision & Development Appeal Board 3602-48th Ave., Athabasca, AB T9S 1M8. All appeals must be in accordance with the Municipal Government Act.
