Public Works Notification:
Please be advised that Athabasca County has contracted with AAA Striping to complete our annual Crack Sealing Program. This is scheduled to start on Monday, June 20th and will take approximately 9 days to complete, weather permitting.
Crack Sealing is the process of applying a rubberized crack sealant to fill cracks in the roadway. This process extends the life of the pavement, seals out water, and prevents damage to the subgrade.
Please drive with caution around all construction crews and obey speed signs.
