Agendas and Minutes
In order to allow members of the public an opportunity to review and understand decisions of Council, agendas for meetings to take place and minutes following the meeting are provided on our website as soon as they are complete. They are considered unofficial until the following committee meeting where they are approved by a majority of Council or committee.
In order to meet the requirements of the Freedom of Information and Protection (FOIP) Act information regarding personnel and contracts are considered confidential and are discussed in-camera. The contact information of individuals included in any correspondence is also protected under the FOIP Act.
Any motions that reflect on a decision of Council following in-camera discussion are included in the minutes of the meeting.
