Athabasca County uses the expertise of contractors to help us provide services to residents of the municipality. When opportunities become available they are posted on the page below. Details of each contract are available by clicking on the link posted with each posting.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Each contract opportunity has a closing date upon which bids or Request for Proposals (RFPs) must be received by the County for consideration. Please read the posted information carefully to ensure you are submitting all the information we require to choose the successful proponent. Some of the Bids or RFPs will have a link to the Alberta Purchasing Connection. This is a place many government agencies use to seek proposals or bids from contractors.
Request for Quotation – 2023 Aggregate Supply Wandering River
Athabasca County is seeking sealed quotations for the following work:
Supply and loading of aggregate material near the hamlet of Wandering River. Purchase of 8,000 tonne “4-20” and 1,000 tonne “4-40” Alberta Transportation specification aggregate.
The RFQ package may be obtained at the Athabasca County Administration Office, 3602-48 Avenue, Athabasca, AB, or by visiting the website below.
Quotations will be received until 1:00 p.m. MST, Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
All Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:
