ATHABASCA, AB, April 6, 2021 – Athabasca County offices remain closed due to the increased number of COVID-19 cases in the past few days. The closure is in effect to help stop the spread of the virus in the community.
County offices affected by this closure include: Athabasca County Administration Office, Family and Community Support Services and Public Works Shop.

County Council and administration are following the COVID-19 news closely, and will advise at a future date when offices will re-open.
In the meantime, people are urged to comply with all public health regulations and restrictions, and practice the prevention protocols for hand-washing, physical distancing, wearing masks and staying home if ill.
