Assessors from Municipal Assessment Services Group (MASG) will be out conducting annual assessment re-inspections on behalf of Athabasca County starting mid-August 2020.
The areas of re-inspection are as follows:
• Township 64 Range 25
• Township 65 Range 20 & 21
• Township 66 Range 20
• Township 68 Range 23
• Township 70 Range 16 & 19
• Township 71 Range 17
• Township 72 Range 16 & 17
• Township 73 Range 16 & 17
• Township 74 Range 17
The County re-inspects selected properties annually in order to keep property assessment information up to date.
Assessors will also be out this fall until the end of December visiting properties throughout the County where a subdivision has been completed, construction has been started or is ongoing, or permits have been issued, as part of their annual assessment work.
Please be aware that assessors will be taking pictures and walking the properties involved. They will not require access into your home or buildings.
The Assessors will be in marked vehicles with the Municipal Assessment Services Group Inc. logo on doors. They will also be wearing photo ID under the same name.
All inspections shall be conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
