Athabasca County is seeking proposals from interested general contractors to construct a 22’ x 36’ (792 square feet) addition to the Rochester Fire Hall, located in the Hamlet of Rochester.
The addition will consist of two bays, each with a 12’ x 12’ overhead door. The construction method will be basic metal clad wood framing that matches the existing building profile; the project will also include some interior partition walls and finishing.
Requests for Proposal packages may be picked up at the Athabasca County Administration Building, Athabasca, Alberta. The package includes draft plans and specifications. Final plans and prints shall be provided by the contractor for submission to the local authority for development and building permits.
