County Council has approved a new Cost Shared Dust Control Policy, which approves a 50/50 Cost-Shared Dust Control Program for residential properties adjacent to graveled County roads.
Residents may apply to have a spot treatment of dust suppressant applied on the County road in front of their residence for 200 meters in length.
The 2024 fee to participate in the program is $200 (+$10 GST). The fee is based on costs from the product supplier and can vary from year to year.
Both rural residences and businesses can apply.
The application deadline is April 5th 2024.
