In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled Public Hearings for July 27, 2023.
THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 005-2023 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows (starting at 1:30 p.m.):
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of the NE-7-65-18-W4M from Recreational Commercial District (C4) to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
Bylaw 007-2023 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows (starting at 9:30 a.m.):
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of the SNW-14-70-17-W4M from Agriculture (A) District to Light Industrial (M1) District.
