Public Hearings – Bylaws 020-2022 & 021-2022

In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled concurrent Public Hearings for February 8, 2023, commencing at 9:30 a.m.

 

THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:

 

Bylaw 020-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of Lot 3, Plan 0023473 within SW 29-71-16 W4M from Agriculture (A) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.

Bylaw 021-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of the NE 20-64-22 W4M from Agriculture (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
