In accordance with the requirements of Section 24 of the Municipal Government Act , Chapter M26, RSA 2000, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearings for May 26, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 009-2022 – Being a Bylaw to close to public travel for the purpose of creating title to, the following described road, subject to rights of access granted by other legislation:
- The undeveloped portion of the road allowance located between SW 3-65-20 W4M & NW 34-64-20 W4M, containing 1.08 hectares (2.67 acres) more or less.
Anyone wishing to address Council on these matters may provide a written statement by 12 noon, May 25, 2022, by forwarding it to:
