In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for March 8, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 002-2022 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw No. 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing the portion of NE 9-65-22 W4, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Urban Reserve (UR) District to Agriculture (A) District.
