Athabasca County is considering granting Road Allowance License Agreements to provide permission to temporarily occupy and use the farmland access roads and undeveloped road allowance described as follows:
Bylaw 002-2021 (Division 6)
- Range Road 201 between SE 2-69-20 W4M & SW 1-69-20 W4M
- Township Road 690.5 between N ½ 2-69-20 W4M & S ½ 2-69-20 W4M
Bylaw 003-2021 (Division 4)
- Between SE 17-65-24 W4M and SW 16-65-24 W4M
Public Hearings have been scheduled for February 25, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., to allow the public an opportunity to express any concerns regarding the bylaws.
