Athabasca County’s Infrastructure Services Department continues to evaluate damage from recent rainfall and as a result Range Road 205 has been closed due to a severe washout.
Access for Residents
Local traffic along Range Road 205 can still access their properties from either side of the flooded area but should not drive, or walk through the washed out area until the road closure is cancelled.
Safety barriers are being erected to make the road closure known to all drivers.

If possible use another route to reach your destination and avoid travel on this section of road.
Do not drive your vehicle through the water on the road. Hidden hazards may be present.
