Work is set to begin on upgrading the Ward Lake Road (Twp. Rd 664), from Range Road 180.5 to Range Road 174, a distance of 6 miles. The road is being upgraded to a higher standard and will see significant heavy equipment activity beginning this week. Work is anticipated to continue until August 31 weather dependent.
Please slow down, watch for crews and equipment working, and follow the directions of all flag people. If possible, avoid travelling along this road to reduce traffic volumes. If you do travel in this work area, expect delays.
