When submitting a Tender, all pages entitled “Tender Forms” and all Addenda issued by Athabasca County and/or ROHI Engineering Ltd. must be submitted, sealed in an envelope, to the Director of Infrastructure Services of Athabasca County at the above-noted address, marked “Tender for Construction” with the Tender number, time and date of Tender opening clearly marked on the lower right-hand corner of the envelope.
