In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for February 27, 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 003-2025 – The proposed bylaw is as follows:
To close public travel for the purpose of disposing the following, subject to rights of access granted by other legislation: Meridian 4, Range 22, Township 65. All that portion of original road allowance within Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 252_and Lot 4, Block 1, Plan 252_.
