TC Energy will be performing a routine in-line inspection, from November 17 to 24, 2025, near Highway 827, at NE 26-65-22-W4.
Specialized tools will be used to inspect the pipeline internally, checking for corrosion, damage and any other anomalies. Gas may be flared from the inspection endpoint to pull the tools through the pipeline at controlled speed, resulting in noise volumes of 80 to 120 decibels, excess heat release and a large visible flame. Efforts will be made to reduce noise and heat levels at the ground level.
During this time, the right-of-way will be restricted to TC Energy personnel, and fire and safety personnel will be on-site to monitor temperatures and conditions.
