Athabasca County is offering a new messaging service for all those interested in receiving municipal notices using the Voyent Alert! System.
Messages can be sent to you via Mobile App, text message, email, or text to land line. Choose the method you wish to receive a notification and once in the system you can choose the types of notifications you have no interest in.
You can also set a variety of locations within Athabasca County that you wish to receive notifications for (ie: grandma’s house, daycare, home or work) and you will receive a message when any municipal services are affected, or emergencies arise near them such as fires, collisions or work affecting traffic flow.
