Residents of Athabasca County wishing to utilize the County residential driveway snowplow services must purchase flags and sign a Residential Driveway Hold Harmless Agreement prior to request for service.
The flags, which identify your driveway as being in need of clearing, can be purchased at the Athabasca County Administration Office (3602-48 Ave., Athabasca, AB) at a cost of $50.00/flag. Resident Senior Citizens, 65 years of age or older, are exempt from paying the $50 fee, but all NEW senior applicants must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement at the County Office before service will be provided.

Please Note: Snowplowing shall only be undertaken after the public roads & highways have been cleared of snow.
