Athabasca County will be requesting proposals until February 4th, 2026, at 1 p.m., for custodial services at the following municipal buildings:
- Administration Building – 3602 48th Ave, Athabasca, AB.
- Public Works Yard – 4901 Wood Heights Road, Athabasca, AB.
- Family Community Support Services (FCSS) Building – 3598 48th Ave, Athabasca, AB,
- Potentially Infrastructure Building 1 Office area – 664036 RR 195.5, 26km east of Athabasca, AB, and
- Potentially Infrastructure Building 2 Office area – 664036 RR 195.5, 26km east of Athabasca, AB.
The contract shall be a three-year agreement, to be reviewed and renewed annually at the sole discretion of the County. Proposals must include three (3) printed copies and one (1) digital copy in PDF format on a USB in a sealed package, clearly marked and identified as follows:
