Athabasca County is requesting proposals for the supply and delivery of bagged firewood.
Proposals must be submitted before 1 p.m. on February 17, 2026, and include the following:
- The Proponent’s legal name, address, email address and telephone number,
- A list of qualifications and experience, including any previous work of a similar nature, if applicable,
- At least three (3) professional references,
- A firm proposal of rates and fees and financial compensation remitted to the County as outlined in “Appendix A – Service Parameters,”
- A signed copy of the RFP, proposal and any addenda issued,
- A completed “Appendix C-Health & Safety Requirements / Vendor Pre-Qualification” and “Appendix D – Certification,”
- Describe OH&S practices/program, and
- Must be available to attend tentative interviews on February 26 and 27, 2026.
The contract term may be extended to a maximum of three (3) years.
