In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled concurrent Public Hearings for May 27, 2021, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:
Bylaw 007-2021 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of Plan 0929242; Block 1; Lot 2 within SE 25-71-17-W4 as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Agriculture (A) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
Bylaw 009-2021 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of Plan 0929242; Block 1; Lot 2 within SE 25-71-17-W4 as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Agriculture (A) District to Recreational Commercial (C4) District.
Bylaw 010-2021 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing a portion of Lot 2; Block 1; Plan 0227096 within NE-9-71-17-W4 as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Agriculture (A) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
Bylaw 011-2021 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing portions of NE 6-65-18-W4 as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, Area 1 from Recreational Commercial (C4) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District and Area 2 from Crown Land (CL) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
