In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for February 26, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m.
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Bylaw 006-2026 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows:
The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing +/- 7.89 ha (19.5 acres) of Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 0826088, as indicated on Schedule “A” attached hereto, from Agriculture (A) District to Light Industrial (M1) District.
